The sign-up process starts with the orientation form. After you submit it, our team will email you to confirm the details and make sure everything is accurate.

Once confirmed, we begin matching you with the best-fit instructor. Your personal class manager will contact you via your preferred method and guide you through the next steps.

When your instructor is finalized, we’ll schedule your free orientation class. After the orientation, we send your invoice to complete registration. After payment, you’re all set—just wait for your first lesson.

Click the Orientation tab at the top of our website and submit the form. You’ll select the class type you’re interested in and share your availability for a free orientation meeting.

While you’re on the website, review our class options and tuition so your form is as accurate as possible. Your first orientation is complimentary—you’ll meet your instructor, take a free level test if needed, and discuss your goals.

After orientation, we send an invoice based on the plan you selected together.

Our instructors are certified teachers with extensive experience teaching Korean. We carefully select each instructor based on strict quality standards, teaching performance, and communication style.

Many of our instructors have backgrounds in nationally accredited language programs and university-level education. This means you can feel confident you’re learning with a qualified professional. 👩🏻‍🏫🧑🏻‍🏫

Tuition is paid in advance per registration period. Your total depends on the number of months, days per week, and lesson duration you choose.

When your registration period ends, you can register again and adjust schedule, duration, and frequency as needed.

Our approach is to build each course around your learning goals and needs. The first step is understanding your level.

If you already know your level, we can place you accordingly. If not, we offer a free level test to place you accurately. Then we discuss your focus—conversation, situational speaking, grammar support, and more.

Your instructor prepares lessons within your level while matching your focus. Everything is customizable, and you can always refine your plan during your orientation session 😀

We currently offer up to Level 6 in our conversational courses. For learners above Level 5, we also offer specialized business Korean and industry-focused support.

We can tailor lessons for university students who need help with coursework or advanced academic Korean. We also offer TOPIK-focused courses for test preparation.

For advanced students, our Master Course covers topics like news reading, debating, pronunciation correction, and translation & interpretation.

We also offer small-group classes—visit the Orientation page and choose Group Class for details.

You can start your classes any day and time. There is no fixed enrollment period—we accept orientation forms continuously.

We know many students are busy, so we offer flexible morning, afternoon, and evening options. Our team and instructors work with you to keep your schedule comfortable.

We offer both online and offline classes 🙂

• If you live in Seoul, we offer in-person classes at our locations in Gangnam and Hongdae.
• If you live outside Seoul or abroad, we teach online via Zoom / Skype.
• We can also arrange a tutor to visit your neighborhood or home for convenience.

Fluency depends on your goals, schedule, and consistency. Easy Korean School isn’t a fixed “intensive university semester.” We move at the pace you request.

If you want to progress quickly, you can increase class frequency and commit to practice and review between lessons. If you have a time-based goal, tell your instructor during orientation so we can plan around it.
